SAIL: Life is a Balancing Act

Life is a Balancing Act has been renamed “SAIL:  Life is a Balancing Act.”

In attending SAIL:  Life is a Balancing Act classes, participants learn how to achieve and maintain balance – physically, emotionally, mentally, and spiritually. Instructors are now following the SAIL (Stay Active Independent for Life) program model. Intensity of the program is a step up from the OCCOA’s new SAIL (Stay Active & Independent for Life) Program.
