Chair Yoga
Chair Yoga is brought to you by the Otsego County Commission on Aging, in partnership with Yoga~45 Studio. Sessions will focus on the basics of yoga to allow students the opportunity to increase their strength, flexibility, and balance. Pinochle
The OCCOA knows how important social interaction is for older adults in promoting healthy aging and hosts pinochle games at its Gaylord Meal Site every Wednesday. Come for lunch and stay for cards! All are welcome!
Gentle Yoga
Gentle Yoga is the “next step” after Chair Yoga for those would like to explore poses more fully. Students learn to blend mind, body, and breath, together in slow movement. They focus on the basics of yoga to allow students the opportunity to increase their strength, flexibility, and balance.
