Vinyasa Yoga is an arm of yoga that links breath in a continuous flowing sequence. Participants will move from one pose to another in a smooth, almost dance-like flow. The pace will be fairly slow. Chair Yoga is brought to you by the Otsego County Commission on Aging, in partnership with Yoga~45 Studio. Sessions will focus on the basics of yoga to allow students the opportunity to increase their strength, flexibility, and balance.
