Chair Yoga is brought to you by the Otsego County Commission on Aging, in partnership with Yoga~45 Studio. Sessions will focus on the basics of yoga to allow students the opportunity to increase their strength, flexibility, and balance. Vinyasa Yoga is an arm of yoga that links breath in a continuous flowing sequence. Participants will move from one pose to another in a smooth, almost dance-like flow. The pace will be fairly slow.
