Walk Michigan

The OCCOA’s Walk Michigan adult walking program encourages area older adults to get outside and enjoy healthy exercise while exploring several parks and trails in Otsego County. The walkers meet on Mondays, Wednesdays, and Fridays between 10:30 a.m. to 11:30 a.m. (October through May) and 9:30 a.m. and 10:30 a.m. (June through September). 

Monday walks are scheduled on area trails and rotate throughout the year. Wednesday and Friday walks take place on the paved Aspen Park trails. Please check the schedule below for upcoming walk locations. During poor weather, all walks are moved to the indoor walking track at the Otsego County Sportsplex. Walk Changes are also posted on the home page of the website and found by calling the OCCOA Weather Hotline at (989) 731-5652.
