8-week adult healthy aging walking program to help reduce pain and discomfort of arthritis and improve balance, strength, and walking pace while exploring parks and trails throughout Otsego County.

Mondays – Explore different parks and trails (see flyer for locations)

Wednesdays – Aspen Park

Fridays – Aspen Park

Winter Walk Times – 10:30 a.m. to 11:30 .m.
