Life is truly a balancing act for many of us, and it can be hard to maintain good habits. In attending OCCOA’s Life is a Balancing Act (LBA) classes, participants learn how to achieve and maintain balance – physically, emotionally, mentally, and spiritually. LBA incorporates balance and strength exercises and is most suited to participants who have learned the exercises in the OCCOA’s Essentials of Balance and who are looking for a higher-intensity program. There is no charge to attend. For additional information, please call (989) 732-1122.
