To volunteer for the Otsego County Commission on Aging Volunteer Program,  you must first register with the OCCOA Volunteer Department (even if you are already a volunteer for RSVP or the Volunteer Center), before any volunteer work for the agency’s programs, services, or activities may be scheduled.
