Experienced players are welcome to assist with training. For more information\, please call (989) 732-1122. \nBeginning Euchre Flyer

SUMMARY:Essentials of Balance
DESCRIPTION:Essentials of Balance (formerly known as Stay Active and Independent for Life) is a balance and fitness program for older adults (age 60 and older) that will appeal especially to those with mobility issues and/or a history and/or fear of falling. Participants will learn exercises that can be done from a seated or standing position. When done regularly\, the exercises will help them gain strength and balance to help maintain and improve their quality of life and reduce their chances of falling. This program is slower-paced compared to the OCCOA’s more-intense Life is a Balancing Act Program (formerly known as SAIL: Life is a Balancing Act). There is no charge to attend. For additional information\, please call (989) 732-1122. \nEssentials of Balance Flyer \n
