Life is a Balancing Act – Outdoor Edition!

We’re taking Life is a Balancing Act outdoors this summer!

The Otsego County Commission on Aging sponsors Life is a Balancing Act, a fall prevention program in which past Matter of Balance (MOB) participants have the opportunity to gather together as a group to continue the good work started in their past MOB classes.

Life truly is a balancing act for many of us, and it can be hard to maintain good habits. In past MOB classes, participants learned how to prevent and handle falls. In Life is a Balancing Act classes, participants learn how to achieve and maintain balance – physically, emotionally, mentally, and spiritually.

Life is a Balancing Act – Outdoor Edition is scheduled as follows:

Date:   Tuesdays

Time:  10 a.m. to 11 a.m.

Location:  Otsego County Sportsplex Pavilion, 1250 Gornick Ave., Gaylord, Michigan

Coach:  Vicki Ramsey, CNA
