Healthy Aging Program
Every human being ages! That’s inevitable. However, every person has some control over how they age by making healthy choices and developing healthy habits!
The OCCOA’s goal for its healthy aging programs is to help promote the physical, cognitive, emotional, social, and spiritual well-being for older adults (60 years of age or older). The OCCOA Healthy Aging Program current offerings include Young at Heart, Walk Michigan, support groups, and much more! Many of them are offered throughout the week, all year round.
