A Matter of Balance Many older adults have concerns about falling and have consequently restricted their activities to avoid them. A Matter of Balance is an award-winning program designed to manage falls and increase activity levels for participants. The program emphasizes practical strategies to manage falls. A Matter of Balance consists of a series of eight weekly sessions conducted at the Gaylord Meal Site. The classes are agency funded and FREE to participants!
