Volunteer Registration
To volunteer for the Otsego County Commission on Aging Volunteer Program, you must first register with the OCCOA Volunteer Department (even if you are already a volunteer for RSVP or the Volunteer Center), before any volunteer work for the agency's programs, services, or activities may be scheduled.

ADULT VOLUNTEER REGISTRATION PACKET

YOUTH VOLUNTEER REGISTRATION PACKET
1. Otsego County Commission on Aging Youth Volunteer Registration Form
2. OCCOA Youth Volunteer Consent and Confidentiality Statement
3. Youth Background Check Disclosure and Authorization
(required for those age 14 or older)
4. OCCOA Youth Volunteer Interest Form
5. Youth Parent Permission form to Volunteer

Once your forms are recieved, they will be reviewed and an interview will be scheduled with the Volunteer Coordinator.
