Life is a Balancing Act

The Otsego County Commission on Aging is sponsoring a new fall prevention program this fall - Life is a Balancing Act. In this new program, past Matter of Balance (MOB) participants will have the opportunity to gather together as a group to continue the good work started their past MOB classes.

Life truly is a balancing act for many of us, and it can be hard to maintain good habits. In past MOB classes, participants learned how to prevent and handle falls. In Life is a Balancing Act classes, participants will learn how to achieve balance - physically, emotionally, mentally, and spiritually.

Life is a Balancing Act is scheduled as follows:

Date:  Tuesdays

Time:  10 a.m. to 11 a.m.

Location:  The University Center
                  80 Livingston Blvd.
                  Gaylord

 Stay calm and keep going!
